With over 8 years of experience in project planning, project management consultancy and project board advisement, I know which hurdles IT projects face. I am specialized in managing and successfully finalizing multi-complex IT projects for semi-government and NGOs. My focus lies with connecting user stories to business cases, applying change management and motivating project group & stakeholders.
